Welcome to The LENZ

The LENZ (Local Electronic News Zine) is a project started by Local 38’s Communications Committee.  Our goal is to provide teachers in the Calgary Board of Education with timely information that is relevant to their work here in Calgary.  With thousands of teachers in Calgary, our focus is broad – we will endeavor to provide a forum which is meaningful to all teachers, rather than specific groups.  As the demographics of our teaching population changes and “information overload” becomes an increasingly common challenge, The LENZ offers you an entertaining and flexible medium to be involved in the Alberta Teachers’ Association!

Who Are We?

The LENZ is produced by teachers across the CBE, including those on Local 38’s Communications Committee!  You don’t have to be on the committee to get involved.  If you’d like to participate in this exciting project, or have feedback about The LENZ, send an email to TheLENZ@shaw.ca
